Sliding but cups and trace holder bar.
This tripod is light-weight but built to last. No small nuts and bolts that rust and fall off. Un-twist the legs and position the tripod in it’s fishing position, it’s best to have two legs towards the sea and a good wide span.
When you are satisfied with it’s position tighten up the legs and the serrated cams will lock the legs into position. If you are fishing a match with one rod, use the centre position for your head, this will balance your tripod. If conditions are bad or you are fishing on concrete, ½ fill your fish bucket with water and place over the tripod head, this will stabilize your rod rest in bad conditions.
We believe in making our rests as light as possible as you can easily add weight without carrying it with you. Rather than moving your tripod to get your rest into the best position the head is designed to lock into various positions and the rubber grips to hold the rod at the best angle.
