The Northstar is the perfect choice for travelling anglers. Unlike other telescopic surf rods, this rod has a powerful action and sensitive tip. It can be combined with the C1671 Northstar Beach 70 reel.
The Northstar features a high carbon blank for a fast progressive action. It is 12ft long (closed length 32inches) and 6 sections, casting 3-5oz sinkers. It has 2 leg lined guides and a down screwing reel fitting with EVA grips. It is ideal for clean ground and open beaches.
