This 2-piece rod has an extra stiff butt section, which provides considerable casting power yet retains
sensitivity for excellent bite indication. It can be combined with the C1686 Piranha 6500 FD reel, or the C1689 Piranha 7500 FD reel. It is 12ft long and casts 4-6oz sinkers. It is ideal for clean ground, open beaches. It has a down-screwing reel fitting with EVA grips.
Piranha Fixed Spool Power Plus Surf Rod
This 2-piece rod has a super stiff butt section for handling sinkers up to 8oz, yet still retains
good bite indication. It can be combined with the C1689 Piranha 7500 FD reel. It is 12ft long and casts 5-8oz sinkers. It is ideal for mixed and rough ground marks. It has a down-screwing reel fitting with EVA grips.
